The small beach Sekania is a member of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, which protects the sea turtle Caretta-Caretta and wildlife throughout the region. More than half of the eggs that are born on the island, can be found in this beach. Access to visitors is prohibited throughout the year, at all hours of the day and along the entire beach.
