The Archaeological Museum of Lefkada is housed in the newly constructed building of the cultural center of Lefkada, in the center of the town. This museum has a rich collection of many things which cover a large chronological period. There are findings related to music, ancient coins, costumes of ancient Lefkada, mainly from the Ancient city of Nirikos, Nydri, Hoirospilia, Evgiros and the cave in Fryni. Also there are exhibits from the Paleolithic and Neolithic period including weaponry and vessels.
