Series of cultural events in the city of Sitia, starting in early June and lasts until late August. Renowned institution, with broad appeal. Includes music, theater, dance events. It also includes lectures, art exhibitions and sporting events (Kornareios Road with participation of athletes from all over Greece, Beach Volley). The events of Kornareia are outdoor events in the Venetian fortress in Kazarma and in the Multicenter Municipality of Sitia. Within Kornareia are organized in villages of the Municipality of events such as Kazanemata (feast raki).
