Beach Ftelia is on the north side of the island near the bay of Panormos. It is relatively secluded and access may be made only with your vehicle. But it is worth a visit as it is a beautiful beach. Considered ideal for windsurfing, The winds and currents. The beach is divided in two by rocks sloping into the sea where plants have been identified as prehistoric Neolithic settlement (4,500 BC).
