Thalori Kapetania is a complex of fifteen traditional restored houses. Kapetanania is a small village with amazing view of the Lybian sea. Rock climbing is based around the small village.

The mountain of Kapetania is the best mountain for climbing in Crete. In Kapetanania there are 19 sectors. The area is fully protected from winds. Due to the altitude of the area (800 meters) climbing in Kapetaniana is possible even in the middle of summer.
