The Municipal Art Gallery is located on the top of Halidon Street in Concert Koundouros. It is a three-floor building, built in 1910. It is a representative building of Neoclassical Greek Architecture of commercial and industrial buildings constructed in the late 19th and early of 20th century.The walls are made ​​of stones covered with masonry, creating an imposing aesthetic result.The Municipal Art Gallery opened in 2003 after the renovation of the whole building.During the first era of the Gallery only a part of the collection of artworks is available due to lack of funding. Today, it is not used as a museum but as a place of protection and preservation of the civilization and culture. There is a contemporary room, which hosts thematic events from various fields of the Art, Science and Speech.
