Sailing Holidays in Luka Jazi
Luka Jazi (44°14′N 14°53′E), entered on the NE side of Otok Molat between Rt Glavica, on which there is a tower, and Rt Lipić, 0. 9 miles W, serves as the E harbour for the village of Molat. Otočić Tovarnjak, 0. 4 miles NNW of Rt Glavica, and Otočić Mladinj, 6 m in height, on the end of a spit extending 370 meters N of Rt Lipić, lie in the approaches to the bay. Coasters may obtain good anchorage in 15 to 17 m, mud, sheltered from the Bora, about 450 meters SW of Otočić Tovarnjak. Small vessels can anchor farther S, in 5 to 8 m sheltered from the Bora and from SE and SW winds, or in Uvalica Pržine, a small cove on the SW side of the bay, in 4 to 6 m with lines to the shore, but more exposed to the Bora.
