Otočić Borovnik, 26 m high, is close off the NE side of Otočić Brušnjak to which it is connected by a shallow bank. Otočić Borovnik is remarkable in that it is covered with bushes and is dark green in colour, in contrast to most of the other islets in the vicinity. The islet is connected by a bank N to Otok Sit.
