Veli Lošinj harbour (44°31′N 14°30′E) is separated from Luka Rovenska, 450 meters SE, by a promontory. The village of Veli Lošinj lies between the two inlets. The harbour can accommodate small vessels only. Veli Lošinj harbour is narrow with a boat harbour at the head and can accommodate only a few vessels in depths of 2·7 m to 4·0 m. Portions of the sides of the harbour are lined with quays and there is a small mole.
