Otok Prežba (42°46′N 16°49′E) is the largest of the islets lying close W of Otok Lastovo, from which it is separated by Prolaz Most, a boat channel spanned by a bridge. The islet is comprised of small bush-covered hillocks the highest of which has an elevation of 155 m.
