Kalloni Bay is the best option for alternative tourism. It is well-known as a bird watching destination. The entire area is comprised by the bay and the wetland, creating an ecosystem that is mainly important for the huge variety of bird species that are observed here.Undoubtedly, the major spot for bird watching is Alyki in Agia Paraskevi, where the Municipality has erected an observation post.
